The Fed Up team: Mr. Fed Up and his sous-chef Dozer
I am just a twenty-something guy living in Louisiana with a passion for tasty stuff. Together with my dog, Dozer, we try to provide insight into the complex world of food. If something frustrates the hell out of me, you will see me “rant” about it. If there is a food that has made my life that much more tasty, then you will see my “recommendation.”
If I do a review on anything, I try to tie it into a bigger picture or topic or at least make in more than just about if the food tastes good. BUT, I follow the precedent set by Iron Chef…so “taste” will always trump other variables.
I travel for work and for fun constantly (my record is 100 days on the road in a year), and so I am fortunate enough to come across some crazy food related stuff on my travels that then get posted here. I am also “freaking healthy,” so a lot of things that can be good-for-you, get the honor of appearing on Fed Up.
